Responsibilities :

  1. Identify potential customers, cold calling, blitzing, and networking
  2. Generate leads
  3. Clearly communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
  4. Address leads concerns and objections effectively
  5. Meet and exceed sales leads target
  6. Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services
  7. Prepare regular and ad-hoc visit reports
  8. Address potential customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visit activities
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Diploma's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the sales function/department
  3. Comfortable networking and initiating contact with potential clients
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
  6. Proactive and self-driven to achieve and exceed targets
  7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  8. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
