Hung Hon (4K) Ltd (HH4K) is a key member of the Hung Hon Group, which comprises eight companies specializing in intimate apparel accessories. As a market leader, the group provides a comprehensive one-stop-shop solution, offering a wide range of products such as brassiere wires, rings & slides, spiral bones, motifs, ribbons, narrow elastic, hook & eye tapes, foam cups, and ornaments. With four factories in Mainland China and additional facilities in Thailand, Vietnam and Indoneisa, HH4K ensures high-quality production. The group's sales office in Jakarta provides sourcing and design support for customer needs in the Indonesian region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The primary responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves understanding customer needs, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while supporting customer service efforts and delivering training to clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience in Training clients or team members to ensure their understanding of product offerings.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools to support the sales process.
  • Familiarity with the intimate apparel industry or related sectors is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
