Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers, conducting sales presentations, building rapport with clients, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and providing regular updates on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Communication skills
  • Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies, with a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the technology or digital industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia will be advantageous
