Job Summary:

Oversees daily store operations, including sales performance, team management, inventory, assets, and service quality. Conducts market research for new store expansion, drives sales through offline events and campaigns, and ensures consistent monitoring and reporting. Leads and motivates the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Sales & Offline Retail, preferably in the premium store segment.
  • Proven experience in
    handling multiple stores
    across different regions.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills, and target-oriented.
  • Proactive, responsive, fast learner, and highly motivated.
  • Willing to travel for business as required by store operations.
  • Willing to be placed in
    Malang City
    .
