Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Retail Area Manager experienced in building retail systems and strengthening strategic area performance to lead our operations across Java.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain sales targets and store KPIs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to support store expansion and business growth.
  • Monitor and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
  • Ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and proper visual merchandising according to company standards.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver high productivity and service excellence.
  • Review and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in gadget accessories or gadget-related businesses.
  • Proven ability to work with targets and a strong result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Solid understanding of store operations, stock management, and offline sales strategies.
  • Familiar with Indonesia's retail landscape and skilled in conducting market analysis.
  • Willing to be placed in Malang City.
