UniTAG is looking for a passionate and target-driven
E-Commerce Sales Supervisor (SPV)
to lead, manage, and grow our online sales performance across multiple e-commerce channels. This role will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a dynamic team, and driving revenue growth through marketplaces and live streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales operations across E-Commerce channels (Tokopedia, TikTok, Shopee) and Live Streaming platforms.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance (KPI), ensuring consistent growth and improvement.
  • Lead, train, and motivate subordinates to optimize productivity and performance.
  • Manage sales budget allocation and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Supervise online promotions, affiliate programs, and live streaming initiatives.

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
  • Highly target-oriented with strong sales acumen.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Spreadsheet and data analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiar with marketplace operations and social media systems.
  • Knowledge of Affiliate & Live Streaming strategies.
  • Willing to be placed in Malang, Indonesia.
