E-Commerce Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Online Sales & Live Streaming Supervisor
to manage and optimize our online sales performance, particularly through e-commerce platforms and live streaming channels. This role is responsible for ensuring effective execution of sales strategies, managing operational schedules, controlling budgets, and creating impactful online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the execution of sales strategies and sales planning to ensure targets are achieved.
• Arrange and manage schedules for Online Customer Service and Live Streaming Hosts.
• Manage and control budget allocation based on the established sales strategy.
• Plan, develop, and execute online campaigns, especially for live streaming activities.
• Analyze performance of online sales and live streaming to identify areas of improvement.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, live streaming, and supporting teams.

General Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experienced and familiar with e-commerce platform features and systems.
• Strong understanding of live streaming operations in marketplace platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Actively follows the latest gadget and technology developments.
• Good understanding of visual concept and needs for live streaming.

Specific Requirements

• Highly proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Able to work fast, accurately, and with strong attention to detail.
• Possesses strong sales mindset and sales-driven attitude.
• Preferably has knowledge of gadgets and supporting accessories.
• Understands composition and lighting in photography and visual presentation.
