Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager located in Malang. The role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing e-commerce strategies, analyzing data to inform marketing decisions, and improving the customer experience. The manager will drive sales through strategic planning, oversee business negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading Digital Marketing and E-Commerce functions (experience in new brand development is a plus).
  • Proven track record managing TikTok Ads, marketplace campaigns, and CRM activities.
  • Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate marketing performance and drive data-informed strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service skills to enhance online shopping experiences and address customer needs.
  • Hands-on experience in digital launches and branding initiatives.
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is highly valued.
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia.
