We take pride in offering the authentic taste of Boyolali's signature soto, prepared using high-quality ingredients and certified halal by the MUI.

Our vision is to make SSB Hj. Hesti a globally recognized brand that brings prosperity to many people, and our mission is to establish 200 branches across cities in Indonesia and expand to 5 countries worldwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, Supply Chain located in Surakarta. The General Manager will oversee supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure efficient operations and cost optimization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role also involves analyzing supply chain performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Logistics
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Demand Planning
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Problem-Solving
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Vendor Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Understanding of Budget Management and Cost Optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
