What will you be doing?

As a
Junior
Product Manager
at wagely, you'll be the bridge between our customers, business teams, and engineers — ensuring that our financial wellness products are impactful, scalable, and user-friendly.

  • Lead product development
    : research customer demands, translate insights into product requirements, and design features that align with wagely's mission.
  • Work closely with engineering teams
    : translate product vision into user stories, manage the backlog, and guide sprints to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Understand technical systems
    : collaborate on backend workflows, APIs, and product architecture to ensure scalable and reliable solutions.
    (Bonus if you have a coding background — this helps you dive deeper with engineers.)
  • Plan and oversee product launches
    : coordinate feature rollouts, ensure technical readiness, and partner with marketing and PR for go-to-market success.
  • Optimize performance
    : track metrics, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to improve adoption and user experience.
  • Be a product evangelist
    : represent wagely internally and externally, sharing our vision and building trust with stakeholders.

This might be right for you if:

  • You have 2-4 years+ previous experience in a product development or management role in the financial services industry or a fast-moving industry/startup
  • Technical background with experience in software development is a big bonus
  • Experience with agile frameworks (eg, Scrum)
  • You pay attention to the details. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
