About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Event Executive to join our dynamic Marketing and Promotion team at PT MBH Management in Bekasi, West Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of engaging events and activities within the mall to enhance foot traffic, drive sales for our tenants, and improve the overall customer experience. A strong focus on budget management and resourceful event sourcing is essential for this role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly event calendars aligning with mall objectives and seasonal themes.
  2. Proactively source, negotiate, and execute high-impact, 'low-budget' events and partnerships to maximize value while strictly adhering to allocated financial plans.
  3. Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors, performers, sponsors, and external partners.
  4. Coordinate closely with the marketing team to promote events effectively across various channels (digital, in-mall signage, press releases).
  5. Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, space allocation, setup/teardown, and security coordination.
  6. Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance and impact on tenant sales, and provide detailed reports.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years (3+ years) of proven experience in event planning, management, or execution, preferably within the Retail, Shopping Mall, or Property Management industry.
  2. Graduated as Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Demonstrable success in developing and delivering innovative, high-quality events under stringent budget constraints (low-budget/cost-effective event planning) especially banquet/function hall.
  4. Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management skills.
  5. Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  6. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the event schedule.
