What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
  • Ensuring excellent customer experiences by monitoring service quality, resolving any customer complaints, and implementing customer service initiatives
  • Participating in the planning and execution of promotions, events, and other marketing activities to drive revenue and customer engagement
  • Monitoring and analysing restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the broader management team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
