Cashier Restaurant

PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cashier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transactions, providing excellent customer service at the payment counter, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all cashiering duties.

• Greet and assist customers at the cashier counter in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash register, POS systems, and handle various payment methods (cash, debit, credit, e-wallet)
• Issue receipts, invoices, and manage billing processes
• Maintain accuracy in all cash handling procedures
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing or promotions
• Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and floor staff to ensure smooth customer flow
• Resolve customer complaints or payment issues with a positive and helpful attitude
• Perform end-of-shift cash balancing and report discrepancies if any

• High school, diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Crew Service, Frontliner, Restaurant Staff, or related roles
• Proven hands-on experience in cashier operations and POS systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Patient, friendly, responsible, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
