About the role

SATEX Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Dayeuhkolot, West Java. As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our company's human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote a positive, productive work environment
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and providing guidance to managers on people-related issues
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategy with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead organisational development initiatives, such as performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Provide HR-related advice and support to all employees, fostering a culture of open communication and trust
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's compensation and benefits programs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations, as well as best practices in human resources management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR policies and programs
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and the use of HR information systems
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certified HR professional qualification (e.g., CHCM, CHRM, CHRP) is preferred
