Kami mencari seorang Technical Support yang berpengalaman di bidang automation, pneumatic, dan hydraulic untuk bergabung dengan tim kami. Anda akan berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pelanggan, melakukan instalasi dan perawatan sistem, serta memastikan setiap solusi yang diberikan berjalan optimal di lapangan.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Memberikan dukungan teknis dan solusi troubleshooting untuk produk automation, pneumatic, dan hydraulic.
  • Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan perawatan rutin pada sistem dan komponen terkait.
  • Menangani keluhan pelanggan serta memberikan solusi teknis yang cepat dan akurat.
  • Memberikan pelatihan dan panduan teknis kepada pelanggan mengenai penggunaan produk.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales dan engineering untuk memberikan dukungan teknis dalam proyek dan penawaran produk.
  • Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan teknis dan dokumentasi terkait kegiatan support.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Mekatronika, Mesin, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Technical Support / Maintenance / Service Engineer (fresh graduate dengan kemampuan teknis dipersilakan melamar).
  • Memahami prinsip kerja sistem otomasi industri, sensor, kontrol PLC, aktuator, pneumatic, dan hydraulic.
  • Mampu membaca diagram kelistrikan dan sistem kontrol.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.
  • Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke pelanggan (site visit) sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Memiliki SIM A atau SIM C menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Disiplin, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
  • Komunikatif, sabar, dan mampu menghadapi pelanggan dengan baik.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu.
