What you'll be doing:

1. Technical Solution & Design Management

- Proficient in LV, MV, and HV switchgear, including various types (fixed, withdrawable, RMU, GIS) and their applications;

- Lead design and component selection based on Indonesian market requirements (e.g., PLN, EPC contractors, mining, industrial parks)

- Provide multiple optimized technical solutions tailored to different project budgets;

- Review technical drawings, BOM, and process documents to ensure feasibility and compliance.

2. Component Selection & Standardization

- Familiar with major international brands (Schneider, ABB, Siemens) and locally available alternative components;

- Build and maintain a component selection database adapted to the Indonesian market;

- Select the most cost-effective configurations within budget constraints.

3. Pre-Sales Technical Support

- Analyze customer requirements and participate in technical presentations;

- Assist sales teams in preparing bid documents, quotations, and technical proposals according to Indonesian standards and tender requirements;

- Provide industry-specific solutions for power, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects.

4. After-Sales Technical Support & Quality Improvement

- Guide after-sales teams in diagnosing equipment faults and resolving major technical issues;

- Conduct technical training for Indonesian clients to improve O&M capabilities;

- Gather after-sales feedback to drive product and design improvements.

5. Team Management & Cross-Department Collaboration

- Lead local technical teams, assign and monitor tasks;

- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, quality, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution;

- Develop and implement technical management systems and quality standards suitable for the Indonesian market.

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields;

2. Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical switchgear industry, with at least 3 years in technical management;

3. Strong expertise in LV/MV/HV switchgear design, structure, and applications;

4. Fluent in English (English as daily working language); Mandarin is preferred;

5. Familiarity with Indonesian electrical standards, tendering process, and project execution
