Notably, Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co., Ltd. became a part of SGMW on November 18, 2002, through a collaboration with SAIC Motor Co., Ltd. and General Motors. The company is dedicated to maintaining exceptional service standards, supported by regular training programs. Recently, in 2023 and 2024, We expanded its customer base, adding notable clients such as Ingress and Chery.

Responsibilities

a) Implement technical services in production, resolve technical issues, and participate in the selection and verification of production equipment;

b) Continuously improve production process documents, production manuals, and other technical documents. Ensure that all process documents are integrated, comprehensive, effective, and participate in discipline inspection processes;

c) Responsible for new product development processes, new product manufacturing process proposals, process parameters, product rack design, and related tasks;

d) Implement new product trials;

e) Implement product verification, improve production processes, and drive technical innovation;

f) Participate in promoting new processes, new equipment, new technologies, and new materials;

g) Responsible for tool management and design;

h) Responsible for the OTS replacement approval process and all documents related to PPAP approval;

i) Participate in the assessment of suspicious materials;

j) Analyze and improve the "3 Rules of Serving" (warranty repair, replacement, and return of non-conforming products);

k) Participate in improving efficiency;

l) Responsible for reducing tooling and material costs;

m) Support suppliers in developing and reviewing processes, as well as improving quality;

n) Familiar with the three core documents and the application of the five tools (such as flow chart, FMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and PFMEA).


Qualifications & Experience

  • Able to use English proficiently, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • 3D and 2D drawing skills (UG-NX / CATIA / SolidWorks / AutoCAD / CAMA).
  • Proficient and certified in the three major documents: Control Plan, Flow Process, and P-FMEA.
  • Skilled in PPAP documentation.
  • Capable in APQP new model development.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (Stamping, Welding, Assembly).
  • Having certifications in IATF, ISO 9001, FMEA, APQP, and Internal Audit will be an additional advantage
