Job Description:

  • Apply skills, knowledge and experience in delivering engineering services to meet the project objectives.
  • Proactively aligns with company systems, regulatory and statutory requirement and applies skill and care in the work area to meet project deliverables and continually improve.
  • Plan, execute, monitor and control work packages using available technology, processes and resources to progressively contribute to co-ordinated project success.
  • Analyses & selects optimum combinations of methods, equipment and resources to deliver method statements (incl. ITPs, risk assessments, drawings etc.) with follow on team briefings/workshops. Plans and co-ordinates with available resources to achieve engineering deliverables and objectives.
  • Set up production cycles, measurement, and required monitoring, control and reporting (planned versus actual) productions which are correlated with project requirements.
  • Actively searches and collaborates around finding optimum solutions and approaches which add value to the project, and exploits opportunities while maintaining integrity of project objectives.

Education and Qualification:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • At least 4 years relevant experience (Building projects, factories, data centers, or similar projects.)
  • Knowledge of Work Preparation Activities for project start up
  • Knowledge of Engineering processes inclusive procurement, risk, change, issue management
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment, to meet tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines
  • To support Project Managers in the efficient resourcing of bids and projects
  • To monitor design outputs ensuring that they conform with the specified requirements
  • Great team player
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Open to relocate anywhere
