At our Cikarang site, our Engineering Team is the operational backbone, specializing in the maintenance, qualification, and continuous improvement of critical utilities and high-tech manufacturing equipment essential for producing stem cell–based therapies and high-quality cosmetic products. As part of our team, you will work closely with experts across Production and Quality Assurance to ensure facility reliability, system efficiency, and strict adherence to cGMP/CPKB compliance standards. We are a solution-driven, mission-critical team dedicated to leveraging technical excellence to support Daewoong's global leadership in healthcare innovation and operational reliability.Your Role in this Journey:1) To make sure production and utility equipment ready to support production activity to achieve secure of supply2) To manage PM & Calibration system to make sure all production and utility equipment acceptable to Quality EHS as well as productivityTo make sure no disturbances of production schedule due to factory or system problem3) Immediate action if any disturbances or break down maintenance in the production equipment and utility that related and support to production activity4) Execute all activities in safely manner to protect of employee, environment as well as company asset to align with EHS standards and procedures5) To improve efficiency of energy or other engineering are as part of cost saving program6) To make sure all production and utility equipment are registered into the PM & Calibration program, and Preventive maintenance tasks available and effective7) Manage engineering techincian teams to Perform Maintenance program of production and utility equipment8) To make sure SOP of all production and utility equipment in place and in use effectively9) To make sure particular production and utility equipment documentation such as validation, manual, drawing are properly manage10) To make sure production and utility equipment spare parts are manage properly to avoid breakdown maintenance11) To maintain team work spirit and integrity by demonstrating leadership skill12) Working together, communicate effectively and keep the well relationship with other departments.13) Carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Engineering Manager (as deputy), if the Engineering Manager is unavailable or any business trip.14) Support Engineering Manager to prepare yearly operational expense budgetWho We're Excited to Meet1) Min.
