About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior AI Engineer who will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-driven features and systems for client projects. The role will involve designing AI architectures, integrating LLM-based solutions, optimizing model performance, and deploying scalable AI applications into production environments.

Requirements

4+ years experience in:

* Python

* Machine Learning or AI development

* LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent)

* Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)

* API development and microservices

* Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

* Docker & CI/CD pipeline

Responsibilities

* Conduct research on AI technologies, models, and tools (if required)

* Implement research findings into scalable, production-ready systems

* Design and develop AI-based features including conversational agents, summarization tools, automation modules, and intelligent search

* Integrate AI models with backend systems, databases, and existing software architecture

* Optimize AI performance in terms of accuracy, speed, and cost

* Participate in or lead client meetings (if needed)

* Collaborate with the tech lead to plan technical strategies and solution roadmaps

* Document technical processes and provide guidance to other engineers
