  • Ensure that the activities of the Trading Desk Supervisor are executed to achieve the predetermined national purchase targets.
  • Execute the development process for subordinates to realize the succession/cadre regeneration process.
  • Implement improvements to the existing workflow within the Trading Desk department.
  • Responsible for negotiating prices with the Sell-In Team and the Dealer Consultant Team regarding unit sales margins.
  • Responsible for approving the sales margins proposed by the Trading Desk Supervisor.
  • Responsible for monitoring the daily reconciliation of sales data and sales margins performed by the Trading Desk Supervisor.
  • Coordinate with stores regarding dealer-to-dealer units (trading data and purchase approval).
  • Responsible for performing cancellations in the AA1 system for vehicles with an underclaim status.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues related to the Trading Desk.
