About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior

Campaign Specialist Gaming

who's passionate about gaming and data driven marketing. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, engagement, and transactions on our top-up platform.

This role requires both
analytical thinking and creative execution

— you'll work closely with brand, content, product, and media teams to ensure every campaign drives measurable growth and resonates with gamers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct through
    market research

and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaming category, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Plan and execute
end-to-end campaign strategies

(product launches, seasonal promos, partnerships, in-game events, etc.).
- Support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital channels (SEM, social, influencer, and SEO-based initiatives).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop
key visuals, messaging, and promo mechanics

aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) to optimize results and budget allocation.
- Coordinate with
game publishers

for co-marketing or event integration opportunities.
- Stay updated on gaming trends, player behaviors, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and in-game event calendars to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and presentations with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    digital marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing

, preferably in the
gaming or e-commerce

industry.
- Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO principles

.
- Comfortable working with data dashboards (GA4, Appsflyer, or similar).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong
project management skills

with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets

including formulas like
VLOOKUP, Pivot Table

for campaign reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of popular titles (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG, Roblox, etc.) is a big plus.

  • Experience in
    top-up or digital goods platforms
