MARKETING CAMPAIGN STRATEGY, SENIOR STAFF

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Menyusun rencana/strategi dan mengelola full-cycle campaign seperti ide, timeline, koordinasi dan eksekusi campaign digital,

  2. Mengelola kalendar campaign, koordinasi lintas divisi untuk kebutuhan campaign, serta menganalisis performa campaign dan insight audience

  3. Mengatur kolaborasi KOL/Influencer terkait campaign, dan membuat laporan campaign mingguan serta bulanan

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing, Administrasi Bisnis, Komunikasi atau jurusan lainnya yang sejenis

  2. Minimal pengalaman kerja 2 tahun sebagai Marketing Campaign Specialist, Campaign Planner atau Brand Marketing Executive

  3. Memahami campaign planning & execution, digital advertising basic, Writing campaign brief, Audience & competitor analysis, serta Budgeting & campaign optimization

  4. Menguasai penggunaan Spreadsheet & Dashboard (Google Sheet, Data Studio/Looker), Trello/Notion/Asana untuk project management, Microsoft Office dan Canva

  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, attention to details, berpikir kreatif dan strategik, problem solving, mampu beradaptasi, leadership, dan bekerja dalam tim
