2W Production Section Head
who is ready to take charge, lead a team, and ensure production performance meets quality and efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the production team to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets
  • Implement
    Toyota Production System (TPS)
    principles in daily operations
  • Coordinate production planning based on customer demand and production capacity
  • Analyze potential issues on the production line and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Control material usage, machine operation, and manpower allocation to improve efficiency
  • Prepare and report on production achievements and performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in
    Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
    , or related fields
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in a similar position within the
    automotive manufacturing industry
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience
    as a leader or coordinator in production
  • Strong understanding of the
    Toyota Production System (TPS)
    and its application in manufacturing operations
  • Excellent
    leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
