Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business process of key Modern Trade accounts (Sociolla & Watsons), acting as the primary contact for commercial negotiations, trading terms, joint business planning, and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans and business reviews to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and promotional ROI to optimize performance across the Modern Trade channel.
- Ensure excellence in retail execution by collaborating closely with BA & merchandising teams, marketing activation, visual merchandising, and supply chain to deliver strong in-store visibility and customer experience.
- Oversee execution of trade promotions, in-store activation, CRM programs, and launch initiatives to drive category share.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to support commercial and operational needs.
- Analyze competitive landscape, pricing, promotion trends, and market data to recommend proactive strategies.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and profitability optimization for each key account.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG, beauty, or personal care industries.
- Proven track record managing Modern Trade accounts and executing growth strategies—preferably with Sociolla and Watsons.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of Modern Trade operations and negotiation mechanisms.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into business actions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
