As a Strategic Research & Planner, you will:

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to generate insights that support UGC campaign planning.
  • Identify and define target audiences, along with the specific content types needed to ensure the success of UGC campaigns from start to finish.
  • Plan detailed UGC campaign schedules, including posting timelines, seeding strategies, and daily maintenance.
  • Quickly identify trending FYP moments on social media to enable Facetology to tap into relevant trends or create timely content.
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations on which content should be boosted to maximize reach and results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Strategic Research & Planner or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in market and trend analysis.
  • Proficient in social media listening tools and techniques.
  • Solid understanding of content strategy and campaign planning.
  • Up-to-date with TikTok UGC trends, formats, and viral mechanics.
