Job description:

  • Responsible for developing brand proposals and campaign strategies based on insights, research, and market trends to guide creative and media execution.
  • Develop strategic proposals and campaign plans for brands, based on insights, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Translate research and data into compelling creative briefs to guide creative and media teams.
  • Support the pitch process by preparing presentations and proposals that clearly communicate brand strategy and campaign direction.
  • Monitor market, cultural, and digital trends to identify opportunities and threats for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with account management, creative, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment across campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for future strategies and improvements.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, offering fresh ideas and solutions that align with brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Strategic Planner, Brand Planner, or in a similar role within advertising, media, or marketing agencies
  • Fresh graduate, with internship strategic planner are welcome
  • Exposure to campaign strategy, consumer insight analysis, or brand positioning
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret consumer behavior, cultural trends, and market data
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer marketing
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and articulate ideas clearly
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, account, media, data)
