Salty Space is looking for a
Creative Strategic Planner
with sharp strategic thinking, strong insight-mining capability, and a solid understanding of digital, social media, and ATL fundamentals. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data, trends, and cultural signals into powerful creative direction.

Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency


• Strong strategic planning capability with a digital-first mindset


• Proficient in consumer journey mapping, funnel development, and omnichannel strategy


• Strong analytical skills (able to interpret data, digital signals, and business metrics)


• Skilled in insight mining (social listening, qual/quant research synthesis)


• Experience developing high-quality strategic presentations (storyline, narrative flow, frameworks)


• Excellent communicator with structured, clear thinking


• Calm under pressure, solution-driven, collaborative, and culturally aware


• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Role & Responsibilities


• Lead development of strategic communication frameworks across digital, social media, and ATL platforms


• Translate insights, trends, and business context into a clear strategic direction


• Drive research-based planning: industry analysis, consumer behavior mapping, competitive reviews, digital trends, and strategic insight synthesis


• Collaborate with Account and Creative teams to build integrated campaign strategies


• Build, refine, and pressure-test briefs to ensure creative alignment and strategic sharpness


• Represent the strategy team in client discussions: present insights, articulate rationale, and provide strong recommendations


• Support internal thought-leadership projects (trend reports, cultural insights, planning frameworks, etc.)
