Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manajemen Akun Utama (Key Account Management): Mengelola dan mengembangkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan utama, termasuk memastikan pencapaian target penjualan, profitabilitas dan distribusi produk sesuai dengan strategi Perusahaan.
  • Perencanaan & Eksekusi Penjualan: Menyusun dan melaksanakan rencana penjualan tahunan dan bulanan untuk masing-masing key account, serta memastikan strategi promosi, harga dan program pemasaran dijalankan dengan efektif untuk mencapai target volume dan omzet.
  • Negosiasi & Kontrak Bisnis: Melakukan negosiasi terkait harga, promo, listing fee, display dan kontrak kerja sama dengan buyer / purchasing dari masing-masing key account dan memastikan semua kesepakatan terdokumentasi dengan baik dan dijalankan sesuai ketentuan.
  • Analisis Data & Laporan Penjualan: Melakukan analisis performa penjualan, pergerakan pasar, tren konsumen dan aktivitas competitor dan menyusun laporan mingguan / bulanan terkait penjualan, ROI promosi, efektivitas program pemasaran untuk manajemen.
  • Kolaborasi Lintas Fungsi: Bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk kelancaran distribusi, promosi serta penyelesaian administrasi tagihan dan klaim promosi.
  • Manajemen Promosi & Aktivasi Pasar: Mengembangkan dan mengawasi pelaksanaan program promosi nasional maupun local, memastikan aktivitas berjalan sesuai rencana, efektif dalam mendorong penjualan serta dievaluasi berdasarkan hasil actual di lapangan.
  • Monitoring Ketersediaan & Distribusi Produk: Memastikan ketersediaan stok di key account serta memantau out-of-stock (OOS) agar target ketersediaan dan visibilitas produk di rak tetap optimal.
  • Administrasi & Klaim Promosi: Mengelola seluruh administrasi yang terkait dengan kontrak key account, termasuk promo agreement, claim verification, dan settlement sesuai dengan timeline yang disepakati.
  • Supervisi Tim Lapangan: Memimpin dan membina tim Sales Merchandiser (SMD), SPG untuk mencapai target display, visibility, dan eksekusi promosi di outlet, melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan memberikan arahan pengembangan tim.
  • Pengembangan Bisnis: Mengidentifikasi peluang ekspansi bisnis di channel modern trade, membuka kerja sama baru, serta mengusulkan inisiatif strategis untuk meningkatkan penetrasi produk di pasar.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan, lebih disukai dari Marketing, Manajemen atau Ekonomi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Key Account, Modern Trade atau Sales FMCG.
  • Berpengalaman dalam menjalin hubungan langsung dengan buyer / purchasing key account menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, analisis, komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik.
  • Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office dan Google Workspace untuk laporan penjualan dan business review.
  • Memahami alur distribusi FMCG, termasuk mekanisme promo, trade terms dan supply chain.
  • Berorientasi pada target dan detail, proaktif, mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan untuk mengelola tim lapangan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan pemecahan masalah yang baik
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai kebutuhan (Kunjungan key account & area regional)
  • Memiliki SIM A/C.
