What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking
  3. Provide tailored financial solutions and advice to clients, collaborating with internal teams to meet their needs
  4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and actively monitor account performance
  5. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targeted business goals
  6. Represent the bank at various industry events and client meetings
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience and sales processes

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the banking industry
  3. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results
  6. Familiarity with financial products and services, as well as a good understanding of the local Makassar market
