Project Sales Representative

Having strong knowledge of or familiarity with the Sulawesi Area 2 (excluding Makassar). Target-oriented, with the ability to understand customer needs, conduct market research, competitor analysis, and data analysis, as well as demonstrate strategic thinking. Possesses knowledge of business projects such as those involving contractors, developers, and applicators.
Coverage Area:
North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Maluku & Maluku Utara, Papua.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential projects that can be approached by the company and inform superiors for follow-up actions.
- Conduct approaches and establish relationships with developers, contractors, applicators, and other project accounts within the assigned area.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure all project sales data and terms are always up to date and aligned with the policies set by the Sales Project Department.
- Prepare and negotiate project proposals with relevant parties (developers, contractors, applicators, and others) to achieve sales targets and ensure all terms comply with company policies.
- Ensure that mock-up or product demonstration processes at project sites run smoothly and adhere to the procedures set by the Sales Division.
- Oversee the tinting procurement process, including form submission and coordination with the R&D Department to ensure color readiness, in compliance with the Sales Division's regulations.
- Maintain continuous communication and strong relationships with company accounts.
- Develop and expand sales to mid-to-high-tier corporate accounts, including high-rise projects.
- Receive project customer complaints and feedback, then forward them to the relevant internal departments.
- Monitor the progress of customer complaint resolutions.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure the best possible service is delivered to customers.
- When required, ensure that the invoice exchange process (including tax invoices) runs efficiently and in compliance with established regulations.
- Ensure that client billing and payments are processed on time and in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the delivery process of customer orders to ensure they meet the agreed-upon terms stated in the MOU.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or coatings industry.
- Strong ability to identify and approach new business opportunities and potential projects.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with developers, contractors, applicators, and other project stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong sales mindset.
- Experience coordinating with internal departments such as Finance, R&D, and Logistics to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with company policies.
- Familiar with preparing project proposals, conducting mock-up demonstrations, and managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Strong problem-solving ability, particularly in handling customer feedback and coordinating complaint resolutions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of ensuring timely billing, payment collection, and product delivery.
