Job Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to gather and analyze supply chain planning, forecasting, costing, and performance management requirements.
  • Design and configure Oracle EPM Cloud modules related to Supply Chain Planning, EPM Planning, Cost Management, and Operational Analytics.
  • Develop planning models for demand forecasting, inventory planning, production planning, capacity planning, and supply chain KPI dashboards.
  • Build business rules, calculation scripts, data forms, dashboards, and workflow approvals in EPM Cloud.
  • Integrate Oracle EPM with ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, or other legacy systems) using Data Integration, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
  • Support SIT/UAT cycles, develop test scripts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare functional design documents, solution architecture, training materials, and user guides.
  • Provide best-practice advisory on planning cycles, scenario modeling, and supply chain process optimization.
  • Participate in deployment, cut-over activities, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, preferably with supply chain planning focus.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes such as Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and S&OP/IBP.
  • Hands-on experience with EPM Planning modules, Data Integration, business rules, calculations, and Smart View.
  • Knowledge of driver-based modeling, scenario planning, and cost allocation.
  • Experience integrating EPM with ERP and source systems using data pipelines or APIs.
  • Ability to create functional documents (BRD, FDD), process flows, and testing scripts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation projects preferred.
