You will own the creative strategy, execution, and performance of our core marketing initiatives.

  • Integrated Brand Strategy: Develop unified marketing strategies that expertly balance long-term brand building with immediate performance and sales goals.
  • Creative Production Lead: Oversee all content development and production, managing the process for product and campaign photo shoots to ensure high-quality, on-brand assets.
  • Influencer & Community: Lead our influencer and creator relationships, driving authentic partnerships and managing the execution of local events to foster strong brand presence and community love.
  • Performance Creative: Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets, translating market insights and platform trends into captivating visual stories.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyse marketing performance data and translate insights into iterative improvements for both creative campaigns and strategic media placement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the in-house creative team (Social Manager, Photographer, Graphic Designer, E-commerce support) to ensure coherence and creative excellence.
  • Budget Management: Strategically manage the marketing budget, optimising spend across brand initiatives and performance channels.

Who We're Looking For:

We need a digitally savvy leader with a creative mindset and a proven track record in fast-moving fashion retail.

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with proven success in fashion and retail.
  • A compelling storyteller with the ability to connect brand philosophy to creative concepts that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong background in performance marketing and paid ads, with the ability to balance creative vision against clear metrics.
  • Deep understanding of organic social, creator content, and paid media—and the interplay between them.
  • A confident communicator who embodies the brand's free-spirited, elevated Bali mindset, capable of inspiring both internal teams and our community.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, Bali.
