  • Smooth Operations: ensures everything in the warehouse runs without issues, keeping things organized and efficient.

  • Inventory Control: monitoring the stock closely, ensuring enough and avoiding shortages or overstock
  • Quality Control: oversee the quality of products, ensuring that only the best items go out to the outlets
  • Organizational Skills: keeps everything in the warehouse in order and ensures that items are where they should be.
  • Leadership Ability: guide the warehouse staff, telling them what to do and ensuring everyone works well together.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: must be able to think quickly on their feet to handle unexpected issues and make the necessary adjustments.
  • Attention to Detail: Noticing the small things is crucial in managing inventory, shipments, and overall especially report to prepare to management should be accurate and match with the inventory. Ensures that the expire date and count in their report is confirmed accurate before sending it to the Management.
  • Communication Skills: talks to the team, understands what's needed, and ensures everyone is on the same page. Acts as bridges between different departments, improving communication between the staff and admin and creating a well-coordinated workplace.
  • Safety Consciousness: keeps the workplace safe and clean, preventing accidents and ensuring a secure environment. Implementing the safety measures, reducing the chances of accidents and creating a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
  • Minimum S1 education from a reputable university.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Valid drivers' license.
  • Proficient computer skills especially excel
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Available to work extended hours.
  • Working location in Kuningan City Mall, Jakarta Selatan.
