Responsibilities

  • Assist in inbound and outbound warehouse activities
  • Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety issues
  • Coordinate with warehouse team, transporters, and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and documentation.
  • Support stock count / cycle count / monthly stock opname activities and reconcile data discrepancies.
  • Report any data discrepancies, missing documents, or operational issues to the Supervisor.
  • Follow up on delivery status and report any issues or delays to supervisor
  • Make a report formal claims to suppliers within the agreed claim timeline and procedure.
  • Ensure samples are properly packed, labeled, and documented in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Arrange and support delivery of sample products to customers as per request and agreed timeline

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Senior High School (SMA/SMK) with relevant experience
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse processes is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Disciplined, responsible, and has a good working attitude.
