Your Exciting Role

  • Engage, develop, and build relationships with other institutions, academics, and government to create outcomes that improve the performance of Nusantics group to help our customers with their research goals and objectives. This work will predominantly focus on human and animal molecular diagnostics with active management of collaboration projects.
  • Creating SOP, WI, WO, FORM, and others related to the document management system, especially in the scope of R&D project management.
  • Responsible for controlling & monitoring project objectives, and managing a team of Project Associates.
  • Develop relationships with clients and vendors, identifying moments to leverage emerging opportunities.
  • Co-manage the reimbursable invoices reconciliation process.
  • Responsible for exploring creative solutions for common project budget and timeline problems to ensure effective and transparent monitoring.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for timeline and budgeting of R&D projects.
  • Ensure the implementation of fish medicine production activities that meet product safety and benefit requirements through the establishment of a quality management system based on the CPOIB.
  • Ensure that all activities within the Company, including production activities, are carried out properly in accordance with the CPOIB quality guidelines and the quality management system ISO 9001.
  • Provide input to management for continuous improvement and development for the implementation of an effective and efficient quality management system.

Ideally, You Would Have

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in project management within the biotech, health or diagnostics industry. Having experience in clinical research, laboratory and molecular biology techniques are an added value.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including institutions, academics, government entities, and clients.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing documentation, including SOPs, WIs, WOs, Forms, and others related to the document management system.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, also laboratory system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports. Thorough & nimble, finished report within time scheduled.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor project objectives and identify potential issues.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to explore solutions for common project budget and timeline challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of CPOIB quality guidelines and quality management system for ISO 9001.
