Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Merancang strategi pengembangan formulasi produk secara end-to-end, termasuk penyusunan roadmap R&D, prioritas project, timeline pengembangan, serta manajemen risiko pada tahap laboratorium hingga pilot scale.
  • Melakukan supervisi, review, dan evaluasi formulasi pada seluruh tahapan pengembangan—mulai dari studi awal, optimasi formula, trial pilot scale, hingga kesiapan untuk proses komersialisasi.
  • Mengimplementasikan continuous improvement pada proses bisnis R&D yang sudah berjalan, mencakup evaluasi prosedur, optimasi workflow, penguatan dokumentasi, dan peningkatan efektivitas penggunaan sumber daya.
  • Mengawasi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan trial, memastikan setiap aktivitas R&D berjalan sesuai target waktu, kapabilitas teknis, serta mematuhi standar kualitas dan regulasi industri farmasi.
  • Memimpin dan membina tim Formulation Development, termasuk pengembangan kompetensi, coaching, performance monitoring, dan pembagian tugas untuk memastikan produktivitas optimal.
  • Berkoordinasi lintas departemen seperti QA, QC, Production, Regulatory, dan Business Development untuk memastikan integrasi proses mulai dari pengembangan produk hingga persiapan komersialisasi.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Farmasi atau Profesi Apoteker.
  • Pengalaman 8–10 tahun di R&D Formulation Development industri farmasi, termasuk pengalaman memimpin tim.
  • Menguasai proses pengembangan formulasi semua sediaan (Solid, Liquid, Semi Solid, Steril) dan troubleshooting proses.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analitis, problem-solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang kuat.
  • Mampu bekerja kolaboratif lintas fungsi dan memahami regulasi CPOB.
  • Bersedia bekerja full time (WFO) di Head Office Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan.
