About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Software Research and Development Center for PT SAMJIN in Jakarta. As the Leader of the Indonesia SW R&D Center, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the software development and innovation efforts for the company in the Indonesian market. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute SW R&D Planning.
  • Develop new products and technologies.
  • Manage the R&D organization, including human resources, budget, assets, capabilities, and performance

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in English (Korean language skills are a plus)

  • 15+ years of experience in software product development

  • Linux development experience is required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in establishing a software R&D center
  • Business development capabilities (preferred)
