We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to support the financial operations of our client's growing business in managing multiple branch. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, and the ability to work closely with management to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations across multiple branches, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to support management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
  • Consolidate and review financial reports from each branch, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support management in cash flow monitoring, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement and strengthen internal financial controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or Master's degree is a plus).

  • 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit; exposure to service, retail, or franchise business preferred.


  • Excellent command of 
    English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with or within multinational companies will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
