Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Placement all over Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR standards across the organization.
  • Lead recruitment processes including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new hires.
  • Manage performance review cycles, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Identify learning needs and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Support career development and succession planning across departments.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Lead employee engagement activities and measure effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover and engagement.
  • Use HR data to generate reports and inform management decisions.
  • Optimize HR processes using digital tools and HR systems.
  • Lead and support the HR team in daily operations and project execution.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with organizational needs.
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership on people-related strategies.
