We're seeking a seasoned HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES who can bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution to our team. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in HR operations but also passionate about driving people-focused initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources, ideally within distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industries
  • Strong grasp of end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and training & development
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and dispute resolution with the confidence and integrity to navigate complex cases
  • Proven track record in developing and strengthening HR systems, SOPs, and policies, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution
  • Inspirational leader with the ability to mentor teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with both senior management and operational staff
  • Experience in change management and organizational development, ensuring HR strategy supports and accelerates business objectives
