We're looking for a
dynamic and strategic Sales Head
to lead business growth initiatives across
Indonesia
. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader who combines strong market insights, relationship-building skills, and strategic execution to drive revenue and expand our regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Identify new markets, emerging trends, and potential business opportunities through comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to assess market positioning and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Create actionable business plans to achieve short- and long-term objectives.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
  • Prioritize leads based on potential business value and strategic alignment.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during negotiations and collaborations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation

  • Develop persuasive proposals, business pitches, and client presentations.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize and execute contracts.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business strategies and deliver value.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance offerings and experiences.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from pre-sales to post-sales stages.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and develop partnerships with organizations that complement our portfolio.
  • Drive collaborations that expand market reach and strengthen brand presence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in
    Sales Leadership or Business Development
    within
    technology, IT solutions, or distribution industries
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Indonesia markets
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a record of achieving growth targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Must be a local citizen or hold a valid work permit
