AKRUA Consulting is currently supporting the recruitment process for one of our clients in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The Admin Intern (Paid) will support the client's Finance team in handling administrative and financial data operations.

The Admin Intern will assist in finance-related administrative tasks by managing and maintaining accurate financial data while ensuring completeness and proper documentation within the system.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into the client's finance system
  • Input and verify sales data
  • Record and reconcile payment data
  • Maintain and update other finance-related data as required
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
  • Support additional administrative tasks related to finance operations

Requirements

  • Final-year student with no remaining classes (no class attendance required)
  • Preferably from Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related majors
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Familiarity with accounting systems or finance software will be considered a plus
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship (8 hours/day) for a duration of 2 months
  • Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement, including on-site work in Jakarta every Tuesday and Thursday
