Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as an IT Service Coordinator is based in Jakarta. The IT Service Coordinator will oversee the coordination and monitoring of IT infrastructure service delivery, ensuring timely and efficient support for clients. Responsibilities include managing service requests, tracking service performance, maintaining effective communication between teams and clients, resolving technical and logistical issues, and optimizing daily workflows. The role also involves updating service documentation and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in IT coordination tasks, including service delivery management and issue tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in workflow optimization
  • Knowledge of communication techniques, client relationship management, and cross-team collaboration
  • Technical familiarity with computing systems, IT consulting practices, and system integration methods
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical issues into actionable plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in ITIL or service management are a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
