Role Description

This full-time, on-site Packing Coordinator role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Packing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily packing activities, ensuring high-quality standards for all packed orders, managing inventory of packing materials, and coordinating with the production and logistics teams. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in the packing area, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting in process improvements for efficient packing operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to ensure packing standards and accuracy
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse or inventory management are a plus
