Role Description

The Service Desk Admin will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of our IT service desk. The ideal candidate will ensure that SLA (Service Level Agreement) are met, tickets are efficiently allocated, and comprehensive reporting is conducted. This role is essential in maintaining high service levels and ensuring a seamless IT support experience for our organisation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients, coordinating with various departments to resolve issues promptly. Your ability to manage priorities, maintain detailed documentation, and foster positive relationships will be key to your success in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Excellent in English, both spoken and written, is a must to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.


• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Office Administration/ Management/ Social Sciences or related field


• Minimum 2 years in similar role


• Highly considered for candidates with experience working in Australian/overseas companies and understanding of local business practises.


• Communication and Customer Service Skills, including the ability to handle inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.


• Excellent reporting skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in compiling data, analyzing trends, and presenting findings clearly.


• Demonstrated organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.


• Familiarity with ticketing systems and service desk operations is a must, although technical troubleshooting is not required.


• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, and IT Service Management (ITSM) are a plus.


• Full time – work from office (placement : Head Office Medan)
