Guest Relations (Hostess) – Full-Time Position in Seminyak

Bottega Italiana Bali Group is looking for a full-time Hostess / Guest Relations staff to join our venues.

This is a front-of-house position ideal for someone who is friendly, well-presented, and speaks fluent English. You will be the first face guests see, and your role is important in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, can stay calm under pressure, and works well in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm smile as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Check reservations and manage the waiting list when needed.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
  • Communicate daily specials or promotions clearly.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to booking requests, and assist with guest inquiries.
  • Organize seating arrangements efficiently, based on availability and reservations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and entrance area.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest requests or complaints in a professional and polite manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – this is mandatory.
  • Already living in Bali– this is mandatory.
  • Female, with a neat and professional appearance.
  • Friendly, polite, and confident when speaking with guests.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to stand and walk for long hours during the shift.
