JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identifying needs, finding suppliers, and purchasing necessary goods and services like office supplies, raw materials, or professional services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and contract terms, and managing vendor performance.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and verifying the receipt and quality of goods to ensure inventory is sufficient and meets standards.
  • Processing invoices, coordinating payments, and preparing reports on procurement spending to ensure budget compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to company policies, donor guidelines, and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinating with logistics teams for timely delivery and sometimes overseeing general facility operations, such as office maintenance and safety

QUALIFICATION:

  • Min bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, along with relevant experience
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the same field, experience in F&B is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of purchasing procedures, contract law, and supply chain management principles.
  • Placement in Kuta, Bali

Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract

Contract length: 3 months
