JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identifying needs, finding suppliers, and purchasing necessary goods and services like office supplies, raw materials, or professional services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and contract terms, and managing vendor performance.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and verifying the receipt and quality of goods to ensure inventory is sufficient and meets standards.
- Processing invoices, coordinating payments, and preparing reports on procurement spending to ensure budget compliance and efficiency.
- Ensuring all procurement activities adhere to company policies, donor guidelines, and relevant regulations.
- Coordinating with logistics teams for timely delivery and sometimes overseeing general facility operations, such as office maintenance and safety
QUALIFICATION:
- Min bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, along with relevant experience
- At least 2-3 years experience in the same field, experience in F&B is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures, contract law, and supply chain management principles.
- Placement in Kuta, Bali
