Position: Recruitment, Training, and Development Staff

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or other related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, training, or people development (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
  3. Strong understanding of talent acquisition and training program management.
  4. Good analytical skills for conducting employee assessments and evaluating training effectiveness.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  8. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  9. Willing to be assigned to sites.
  10. Can join as soon as possible.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for recruiting Leadership Development Program (LDP) Trainees and managing Training Center recruitment (and other positions as needed).
  2. Plan, implement, and monitor all LDP training programs to ensure yearly targets and objectives are achieved.
  3. Conduct employee assessments in accordance with established company procedures.
  4. Prepare, update, and maintain training data and documentation, including periodic final reports.
  5. Ensure all aspects of training requirements (materials, facilities, logistics, and evaluation) are well-prepared and executed.
  6. Develop and continuously update Roles & Responsibilities (RR) for each position in the company.
  7. Prepare and submit reports on a daily, weekly, and ad-hoc basis as required.
  8. Execute superior's instructions accurately and support the achievement of site or department targets.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between development programs and organizational goals.
