Job Description

  • Oversee every strategic direction and operational plan to develop and manage Evermos Community.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the development of Evermos community program to continue growth through relevant activities and benefits.
  • Identify and maintain strategic partnerships with external communities, and institutions.
  • Lead Evermos Field Community Team to achieve its goal and target.
  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of every community activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven work experience(s) in community management.
  • Experienced in leading a dynamic team of exceptional talents.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Focus on target.
  • Reliable and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to travel and work outside working hour.
  • Passionate about empowerment and community development.
